    *sigh* A wobble generator.

    Inefficient because the 'blade' has to reverse direction repeatedly. Energy is lost in each stop and reversal.

    It also looks like that one could be subject to unintentional lifting effect like an airplane wing turned sideways.

    There's a kind of 'whirligig' design which uses two offset 'bird wings' which alternate up and down as wind passes over them to create amusing action. You could hook an oscillating magneto on the shaft and claim it produces 1.2 jigawatts of power for your time machine. :roll:

    Hahahaha Just watched the video. So nice to know that it doesn't cause people to vomit like real wind turbines are supposed to do, even if it doesn't produce any usable electricity.
