wattage usually isn't the big factor with pvs excepting of course to be sure you have enough power for charging your batteries. with paralleled pvs or strings of pvs the voltage is what you want to try and match up. the more exacting the better, but i always contended that within 5% is good. others like 10% tolerance, but understand that the farther out the tolerance is the worse it is.

along the sames lines, when one is going for pvs in series it is the current you will try to match up and again i like within 5%, but others say within 10%.

when using pvs that are 135w and you obtain a 140w pv to add to the current array, it is usually quite close to be used with the other pvs without much of any foreseeable problems be it parallel or series.
