High voltage DC circuit breakers

HI

I wondered if anyone knows of any very high voltage DC circuit breakers? I could only find midnite solar circuit breakers up to 600V. It's for a grid-tie 800V DC system.

Maybe it's not necessary to put them in and just go straight to the inverter? http://www.aros-solar.com/en/inverter/solar-inverter-singlephase-sirio-evo-3000

I'll suggest you ask the company selling the 800 Volt equipment where to get the circuit protection for their stuff.

If all you are looking for is over current protection you would be much better off using touch-safe fuses.
