Low profile RV panel mounts - less than 1/2 inch

I've reached the end of the internet looking for a RV panel mount that raises the panel no more than 1/2 inch. If I go any higher my Eurovan won't fit in the garage. Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know about mounting, but SolarWorld panels are thinner than most others by 3/4". -

I'm looking for single panel 220W or larger that is no wider than 31.8 inches and as thin as possible (most are 1.5-1.8 inches).
thanks. -

I've see those and measured them, they raise the panel 1 inch. I have to keep it under 1/2 inch rise.

SolarWorld are almost 40 inch wide, but they're only 1 3/16" thick.
Custom Z-brackets might the way to go. Or just use two angle brakets bolted together with 1/2" offset. -

Lower the tire pressure when you park in the garage!
Seriously, consider a minor modification of the garage door opening. For example, there is a stopping on the garage door wrap that is perhaps 1" think. You could replace it with something thinner, or eliminate it completely. Also, the too wrap may be 2X material (1 1/2") You could replace it with 5/4 material that is 1" ro 3/4 or even 1/2" material. All in all you might be able to gain 1" with a bit of work.

At first thought there was no way I would alter my garage opening but....after looking at it I just might. Lowering the tire pressure... I'm sure I'd forget and drive right in and rip the panel off the Eurovan.
thanks Tony. -

Measure twice, cut once!
Good luck,
