Bus BAR battery /inverter connectors how ?

hi
my system is now running with 60amp mppt morningstar 510ah battery bank and xpc2200 inverter and some other small controller from y previous install
all is connected here (see pic & don't laugh) this was my first attempt that i get proud when finished ...

I will now add additional 2600w with a midinite classic150 that will give +84amps , so 84 amps from the midinite+60 from the morningstarmppt i could have 144 amps

1º that fuse/breaker that i have will burn with 144amps even it says 300amps with only 60 for some time it get hot, so i will switch for a 200amp anl fuse...

What i'm looking is for more professional or a better DYI "concentrator" box for all that i connected all:

- CController 60amp
- CCcontrler 10amp
- Inverter 1 xpc
- inverter 2 ups
- anderson Connector for connect the battery charger when no sun
-2 x battery bank in parallel ( i know this not best config)...

i will now add other CControler the midnite 150..

Please show-me how are you doing this in safe and good looking way

Looks OK, Only things I might say is add 2 pieces of shrink tubing , 1 red, 1 black, move that CB and the battery selector switch outside the box for a bit more room and easier access to check if CB /fuse has blown or you want to shut off 1 battery or the other.

Now that you are going to a bigger system i suggest MNDC.

However ive since learned that for house sized systems the midnite MNDC box is really the way to go. It is not that expensive, and its all taken care of with top of the line parts. Especially the main breaker, that all subsequent advice ive been given, suggests that you need one with a really high interrupt rating. The one i used is a bit like yours and not capable of properly stopping an arc with 10000 amps.
