    Bunk, NABCEP may have painted itself in a corner by setting up overly restrictive rules for certification, but the reality is that most grid tied PV installations are fairly unskilled electrical work that a master electrcian is quite capable of overseeing with a journeyman and apprentice dong the work.

    Overall there is a definite shortage of all trades, but the one the article talks about is self created shortage.
