From where to get electrical warning lables?

There is an electrical warning label, to the effect 'Solar electric generation installed. Both sides of this disconnect (breaker or disconnect) may be life. ...'. that I need to attach to a couple of the boxes. Unfortunately I am in a big hurry before the city inspection. Where does one buy these labels from? I hope I can find it in some local stores.

Copy and paste above into word preocessor.
Cut out and glue onto disconnect switch, paint over with UV paint and cover with clear scrap of plexiglass.

serioulsy, you don't need an "offcial sticker" if you are in a rush DIY.

Unless you get a picky AHJ, that is. Who wants to see it engraved or embossed.

Or since the NEC regs say it has to be "permanent": laser etched into diamond.

I have found a good place to get your solar labels made up. They typically have the engraved ones in stock (per their list) but will also make special ones up for you. They are: Smart Solar Labels at 909-748-5169 (Carol) or check out their site at: http://smartsolarlabels.com/ - I have no interest in their business - just a satisfied customer.

E-bay is one place to get them. Just search for "AC disconnect" and choose lowest price+shipping option. item #170914261957 for example. They are $1-$2 and he offer free shipping on additional items.Express shipping available. I just ordered some. Will update about the quality
