Just curious if anyone here has used the npower 1800 watt system and what their experience has been. Looking to use it to power two fans, a water pump and an overhead light in a greenhouse that cannot be easily reached by conventional grid power. Thanks

You will probably be disappointed.
Looking at the specs it has a grand total of three 20 Amp hour batteries or 60 Amp hours total. That's about 324 Watt hours AC out. The "1800 Watts" means only the peak Watt output of the inverter. Since it doesn't say "pure sine wave" you should assume that is a MSW, which is not the best choice for an AC motor.
It will run a load that requires up to 1800 Watts, but not for very long. You may find this to be a problem for the fans. For instance if the fan draws 30 Watts it will run for about ten hours; that's not half a day or the time between charge periods. Two fans like that; half the run time. Subtract for the light, it all shuts down even sooner. The water pump, depending on what exactly it is, could kill the thing instantly.
The best thing to do is get a Kill-A-Watt meter and measure the actual power use of the things you want to run under normal conditions. Then you know how much power you have to supply and can find the best way to supply it.
