i love this product. wrap it around my head under a hat or around neck with bandana. keeps me cool when installing solar panels
they only last about an hour or 2.
and of course drink lots of water and keep your head wet.

Another good product is those neck wraps with silica gel in them. You charge them up in ice water for a couple of hours and tie them around your neck. Even after the initial chill wears off they stay cool as the water evaporates from them.
