Otherwise, you may have to simply look at the roofs in areas you are thinking about moving to.

There are lots of incentives (for now) to install solar on commercial roof tops.

HOWEVER, be very careful about the details. 1 year net metering / TOU type billing for residential is (usually) subsidized by other utility customers/tax revenues.

Commercial customers tend to pay for "real" costs of power... Which works out for ~1/2 is cost of infrastructure (transmission/distribution) and the other 1/2 is actual fuel costs.

Unless you live in a region with very high power costs and (very) complex commercial rate structures such as California (power runs from $0.09 to $0.50+ per kWH), the amount of money you will save will, at best, be ~1/2 your power bill (these are really rough estimates). In some cases, commercial users (and even a few residential customers) have found their utility bill actually increased.

Otherwise, many utilities offer "green energy" for a slight additional cost per kWH--That may be the easiest way to start.
