    It doesn't work like that.
    It's more a matter of what's the best price per Amp hour (at the same Voltage) you can get from sources available to you. Buying batteries locally is usually the best thing to do because shipping costs (even on AGM's which don't have the "hazardous material" transportation problem) are quite high due to the weight.

    You need to shop around in your own neighbourhood to see what's the best deal for you.
