My vote would be for the Kyocera: http://www.solar-electric.com/kd225gx.html
It's a good value, and the company has a long history not only for quality but also for standing behind the product when something does go wrong.
This is not to detract from any of the other "name brand" panel manufacturers like Sharp or Sanyo or BP solar, et cetera.
There's a place near me advertising panels as "made in an ISO 9001 certified facility" with no name. They blather on about how these monocrystaline panels are "superior" to polycrystaline. I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. :roll:
