Our link 1000 has been showing 4 green lights (batteries fully charged) for several days when the batteries are obviously not fully charged. Any clue what to do? Also, when using generator to charge, it stays on charge for just a few minutes and then goes quickly from there to accept and then, again pretty quickly to float. Thanks for any help.

    Sounds like the batteries are wearing out or failing from sulfation or other issues...

    Brand, type, model, age of batteries? How well have they been treated? Another other issues (ran out of water, ran dead, bad wiring, etc.)?

    You solar charge controller may be perfectly OK.
