Fast jack in a tar and gravel

About to install fast jacks on a tar and gravel roof. From what i am hearing is that it is a sensitive thing, any tips or hints on how to go about this? thanks for the help in advance .

The thing I found out with fast jacks is with just one lag screw securing the base, it can spin later on when installing the upper assy. Depends on the texture of what it is mounted to of course, but a post with two mounting screws though the base would be better. -

Thanks & much appreciated insight. We have never used any elevated flanges on solar installs before. We need to on one that is coming up and was considering the fastjack.
