Canadian Solar - Any reviews?

I have been looking at the Canadian Solar Model CS6p-215E and 220-P.
I've heard the sales pitch, now I looking for the truth. Any reviews good or bad would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

I have no experience--There are some discussions about Canadian Solar on the forum...

And a handy hint: The above search results are from using Google and using this search string:
    • "Canadian Solar" site:wind-sun.com
For exact phrase "Canadian Solar" (with quotes) and the "site:" tag limiting searches to our wind-sun.com forum

I got a couple of CS6P-200 panels off Ebay for a really good price.
I think mine are a older model, but they perform very well.

During this cold weather, these two panels easily exceed 400w of output..
    I like them!

I've been thinking of making another offer for a second pair. I think my DIY mount might be good for 4 panels.

I have CS6P-230 panels. I've been extremely pleased with them.

They do really well during the summer, and my micro inverters can't keep up with them during the winter.

I've read that they have the top PTC numbers in the industry.

WOW! Those are some NICE tracker mounts.

My two Canadian CS6P-200 panels are mounted on a fine Canadian Redwood 2x4..

The snow slides right off in the Portrait mode..

They are fine quality panels. The price was right too. :)

I've installed hundreds of them - all good. Good value, Good quality. They are switching to the new rail-less mounting system. Only thing I don't like is their cheap palletizing method.

    Tony;

We have "Canadian" redwoods in BC. There's even a "Redwood Park" in Surrey. The trees are suspiciously similar to "California" redwoods.

Of course "Canadian Bluewood", aka "denim pine" aka "beetle-kill pine", is much more plentiful.

Did you end up buying the panels?

Because I was eying some incredibly low-priced CS6P-215E/220P's on ebay that disappeared recently. If that was you, congratulations, you got a steal!
