Upgrading cables

In order to carry the current I need, I am planning to upgrade the cable between my batteries (100 Ah & 100 Ah)
and my inverter (1500 watt/3000 peak)
from 4 awg to 2/0 or 4/0.
My question: Do I also need to upgrade the cables between the two batteries?

Re: Upgrading cables
to put it simply, yes you should. interbattery connections should be at least as large as the largest sized wire used anywhere in the system and i like to double that if at all possible to minimize potential differences between the batteries even further. -
