Our host has dc timers. And some of the morning star charge controllers have land scape lighting controls.

How ever, I am a big fan of motion controlled lighting. Both for energy conservation and because I think they are better for security.

NAWS does sell a 12 volt motion controller.

Here is a Infrared Motion Sensor - 12 volt 10 amp (not cheap)

These charge controllers can be set to turn the lighting off after X Hours (or dusk to dawn).
