Supporting PV wire at one foot intervals

I understand that PV wire should be supported every one foot. Does the installation in the photo here meet that requirement? Technically the lower right loop is not supported by structure every one foot but it is supported by itself every one foot? I have not seen many "back of panel" photos anywhere on the internet. The ones I have seen show loops like I have done here. How else would you do it besides adding more structure on the back of each and every panel? This is a top of pole mount installation. I used heavy duty (extra wide) UV resistant tie wraps and loop clamps and the Electrical building inspector has not looked at it yet. Will it pass?
