Grounding !!!!

In my experience I have seen different ways of grounding . Only panels , only racking ,racking and panels etc.
Who knows in california can you ground only rails lets say unirac with unirac grounding lug .There is one way you put anodized aluminum between midclmaps and rail and you ground only rails . But I am not sure that city will accept it .But I have seen that method a lot of projects .
I usually ground each panel and each rail ...

    If you are using grounding WEEBs (you need 2 per panel) you do not need to ground the panels - just each rail segment using grounding lugs.

    i would like to hear the detail of how you grounded both the pvs and rails as there are many ways to approach this.

    I run grounding conductor thru each panel and one separate conuctor I run for raisl and then I do combine in the end
