DOE to Offer LED Lighting Workshop in Dallas

The U.S. Department of Energy's Solid-State Lighting program is sponsoring a free workshop on light-emitting diodes (LED) lighting in Dallas on Sunday, Aug. 15. Presented by Dr. Jack Curran of LED Transformations, the workshop will introduce participants to LED lighting basics and help improve their understanding of the technology by taking a no-nonsense look at how and where LED lighting can help reduce energy use.
