Looking for a 12V LED security light...

Does anyone know of a 12V LED security light I can purchase? I'm looking for something that turns on automatically at night/off at dawn and does not draw too much power.

This is for a small off-grid cabin.

Thanks,- Richard

Our host has this that you can connect to your own lamps:

Infrared Motion Sensor - 12 volt 10 amp

    Not cheap though ($94).

If you are handy with a soldering iron, I have seen low voltage kit motion detectors too.

Otherwise, you might find some cheap solar powered LED motion systems from Home Depot / etc.

You do realize this post is from 2010 and I doubt the OP is still looking for a security light, let alone still surfs the forum...........

MC actually posted back on June 1, 2012, so I am pretty sure he(?) is still active. :-)
