Startup Costs, Refunds, Rebates, bla bla bla

System

I'm expecting to become a new home owner this year and i was looking in to going tied-solar. Being Arizona it's a perfect way to be green persay. I have looked around and havn't found much info on what SRP is going to pay for or not, what the state, city, and federal goverments would do. I have heard people talk about grants and funds to make this process pretty much free for them to have installed and what not. Links or any info would be great
