Xantrex 3000 W204 warning message

Hi, hope someone can help me here, Xantrex tech support is no help at all. I have talked to three of there tech guys. All have said they would check in to this prob and would call me back. None have called.
Have a new RS 3000 with auto start controller connected to a Genrac 8K gen. I keep getting a W204 code-Max gen cycles reached. The controller goes in manual off and I have to reset the AGS before it will start again. It works like it should for two on and off cycles according to the parameters I have set. On the second cycle as soon as it shuts of the W204 code come up. The gen always starts on the first try. I have set retrys to the max of 10. Any ideas ?
