Hello everybody!
I'm installing 10 sharp ND-224UC1 panels in series. My Inverter is an SMA SB3000US.
The use-2/RHW-2 will go into a PVC Junction box (I think), connected by water tight strain relief connectors.
The equipment ground will go from #6 awg bare copper to #10 awg thwn-2 Via Crimp or wire nut whichever is better also was thinking of putting in a ground lug. If I go with a metal box I will pigtail to ground the box. The DC output cables will be #10 AWG THWN-2 as well.
The conduit I was thinking of using is 1/2" EMT but I'm intimidated by the bending grounding etc. So I was thinking of switching to liquid tight. Speaking of grounding the DC grounding electrode Conductor will be #8 awg armored bare copper going straight to the grounding electrode. also from the inverter The equipment ground will run thru the discos to either the bus in service panel or irreversible crimp to the AC grounding Electrode conductor(whichever is better.
I will be using the Sma DC disco. Into the inverter I'm not sure to stick with the EMT if I use it or switch to liquid tight.
For the breaker I'm not sure what to use. I think I should use a 20 amp something or other.
A square-D DU221RB AC Disco will be used, But I'm not sure if i should put in a ground lug in there or what.
anyway any advice will be helpful thank you very much folks!
