So guys, been looking into Jinko's latest and honestly the HOT 3.0 is worth talking about.

So basically what they did is developed a new metallization tech for their TOPCon cells — cut aluminum use by 90% and got about 0.5% better efficiency out of it. That's the foundation of the Tiger Neo 3.0 modules.

The module itself goes up to 670W, bifaciality sits around 85%. Pretty solid numbers.

But the thing that stood out to me — the temperature coefficient is -0.26%/°C. For anyone in hot climates, that actually translates to around 0.9% more energy yield compared to panels with worse coefficients. And in low light conditions like early morning or cloudy days, you're getting about 3.6% extra output. That's not nothing.

Efficiency wise, the cells hit around 27%, finished module lands at 24.8%. Ahead of most TOPCon options right now, though the newer back-contact panels are starting to edge past 25% module efficiency so worth keeping that in mind.

30 year warranty, -0.35% per year degradation. Competitive for N-type TOPCon.

And the best part — this is all proven at scale. Jinko has crossed 350 GW in total shipments, Tiger Neo series alone is past 200 GW. So you're not betting on lab numbers, this stuff is deployed worldwide.
