Bird Deterrent for Solar Panels

Hi All
I had create a custom bird spike mount a while ago...
It was a decent attempt, and I considered trying to sell them, but I wasn't happy with the design.
My specific issue is that Robins like to perch right on the top corners, so they can see over the entire yard, and thus crap all over 1 or 2 solar cells.
And the crap builds up to the level that
1. It looks like crap
2. It looks like it would start to impact performance, because those specific cells are just covered.
So I came up with my 2nd design.
Which is basically to have a small section of spikes but add a purpose-built, higher perch off to the side of the panels to give the birds an even better spot to perch!
Then they can crap on the ground all day long.
I see various ways this design can be improved...
And thus made into a setup that is efficient to produce/ship...
Setup a wire-bending machine... etc...
So if your interested.

PerchOff, A better bird deterrent for ground-mount solar
If I get enough interest, I will take orders and get these made for people.
I am interested in your feedback.
What options would people want?
Do you want a specific color?
Are people ok with drilling 2 small holes into the rim of the panel?
I like this because its a very firm attachment.
Do you want them clip on?
If so.. Thats more of a pain on the design side, and hard to guarantee fit across a large variety of panels, and I worry about them coming off in snow or due to a LARGE bird...
Would people be interested in just buying the perch without the spikes. (For those ULTRA bird lovers who cannot stand spikes..)
Should definitely be able to create these at a custom angle for the spikes, so they point up on your specific panel angle setup.
Open to feedback and thoughts.
