New Sol-Ark 5K-1P introducing flicker to house system when in grid sell

Hi,
In the last few weeks, I got final approval to connect to my local electric grid. They installed a net meter for me. I re-worked an existing off grid system with a new Sol-Ark 5K-1P. I only have 1.6Kwh of panels currently so I'm largely just adding the ability to send my excess to my power grid. Most is just balancing the house usage out, occasionally a small amount going back - rarely.
I've noticed a flicker and general electric gremlins in my house when the inverter is on and sending power to the grid. It's most noticeable in LED light bulbs (probably cheap) that have a somewhat regular but small flicker. I cannot see it in incandescent bulbs, and everything in the house works. The other things I've noticed are a smart fan/light that has turned itself on a couple times, and a degraded wifi signal - but can't confirm these are related.
Where do I start with diagnosing this? I'm guessing and hoping there is some grid-tie setting in the Sol-Ark that can be adjusted. I can verify the basic frequency and voltages are correct, but the rest is beyond me. It is currently set to UL 1541 SB - could changing this to SA affect or possibly change this?
Any help appreciated, thanks!
