Reverse photo cell wire diagram for solar well pump

I have an existing solar well system  charging two 12v marine batteries in series  that run a 24v well pump that fills a 525 gallon tank. A float switch in the tank controls start and stop of the pump as water level goes up or down. I would like to use a photo cell and a relay to control the float switch to only allow the pump to operate during the daytime to allow water to irrigate at night and not draw battery power until sun is up. So, I’m needing a wire diagram and I perhaps a power source to trip the relay or maybe the photo cell can be the power source?
Anyway, a little insight on how to reverse the photo cell, trip the relay and make the pump daytime dependent would be great.
