Dankoff needs new head

I just read through the discussion from 2013 Shurflo vs. Dankoff...it appears my Flowlight booster Pump head has failed. i took it to a electrical shop that services pumps and they had never seen one. Motor & brushes check out "perfect" and they said it looks like this area, pointing to the head.
I'm not sure if I buy a new head if they can install it. Is that difficult to do?
It's been used sparingly for about 11 years as we use municipal water and the Dankoff fills a 65 gal. pressure tank to feed the house for drinking water and occasional showers. Probably starts up no more than twice or week and each time is a 6 minute run. 24 volt and plenty of voltage here.
If it's a relatively simple job to replace the head maybe I'll look for another shop.
Thanks
