awaking and adjusting smart bms

Hi sirs
Still have problem . case is like this. so have 16s 3.2v 300ah  1C lipo with smart bms 250a.
was working only had problem controlling the SOC as system stop at 100%.
Now had to change the of all the battery in a rack have installed back again..
Did short the bms without any power, but with power from the batt all the mppt and charger started after shorted again after a big bam.
Now have to adjust the bms but the system will tripp led scren showing alarm at the discharge mos.
Can somebody show me how to adjust this system properly?
