Conext XWPro Event LED blinking, battery not charging.

I have a Sunpower solar system with their Sunvault battery system. Sadly Sunpower is in bankruptcy and my dealer no longer exists so getting support is about impossible. My issue is that while my panels are working fine the battery system is not charging. The core of the battery system is the XW Pro which has a slow blinking red LED for event, the code display just shows  the dashes unless I turn off the batteries when it changes to F.74 with a steady red LED.
I have been able to power down the XW Pro but the blinking LED returns on power up.
This is a grid tied system so everything fine except for lack of backup power. I'm hoping someone here has enough experience with the inverter/charger to suggest some trouble shooting steps.
I'm in Florida and would welcome contact info for anyone capable of servicing this equipment.

All I have found regarding their batteries:

What do I do about my SunPower SunVault battery system?

The SunVault situation is very complex, as the batteries are SunPower branded and utilize components from multiple manufacturers that have been modified for SunPower’s use.

For example, the SunVault contains an inverter from Schneider Electric, but because of SunPower’s modifications, Schneider cannot offer warranty coverage.

It’s also unclear how/if SunPower will continue to provide necessary software for the systems. Many claims for SunVaults are related to software issues.

Some tech-savvy owners have modified their batteries for local control using customer software and small computers, like a Raspberry Pi. However, this may get tricky if you are participating in incentive programs or a Virtual Power Plant.

It’s best to consult with a solar professional about options for moving forward with your SunPower battery system.

    Sorry to read...
    Sincerely, Bill

Is the XWP system on Insight to enable someone like me to take a look?

I don't have any cloud access like your image but I do have local via the User login which still had the default password. I'm told that the issue seems to be that it's having an issue communicating with or through the PV6.
There are old events in the log as show but these predate the onset of problems by a couple of months. The InsightLocal shows the battery status which has declined from 80+% to 6%.

I have solved the problem following the directions of an ex Sunpower employee (or so I'm told) who had told me it was a communication bug. I had to run off the BMS, then shut off all power via main house breaker and breaker in Hub+ to allow everything to reset. After powering up I had to wait a few minutes before the gateway came back online, powered up the BMS and slowly things began operating as expected.

I still have a blinking event LED which I suspect is an uncleared event from almost a year ago.

Thanks to all who have attempted to help me resolve this.
