Black Screen Issue on Solar Inverter Monitoring System

Hi everyone,

Black screen problems have started appearing on my solar inverter’s monitoring system. The BLACK screenhttps://blackscreen.onl/ intermittently goes black, though the system continues to function. This makes it impossible to check real-time output or change settings when the issue occurs.

The inverter model is SMA Sunny Boy 5.0, and it’s connected to a 48V AGM Battery Bank with 6 panels (300W each). I have inspected the connections and restarted the system, but the problem persists.

Could this be due to a hardware fault, firmware issue, or something else? Any troubleshooting tips or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
