What is the difference between the two? I have read the spec sheets on both and am wondering what the main difference is between the two. I suspect the 420 is an upgrade or newest model. Is it a replacement for the 410?
I have 25 REC 410AA and want to add 5 more panels. I'm seeing the 410AA is out of stock but still available. Just wondering.
Thanks!

When solar panels are made They're made in large batches are all tested and there's usually slight variations in output power between panels. So the 420 is, I'm going to assume without knowing more about them, has a 10 Watt higher power output than your 410s and mixing them would be no problem whatsoever.

To be sure you'd have to compare the Specification sheets available on the REC website.   They are likely exactly the same except that they are sorted differently.  I have the 420 version and they come with a testing sheet and most of them had a few percent higher than 420 W actua performance.
