I got an RV solar setup at 600w of panels. I had a 12v golf cart battery/inverter (3000w) 110v AC set up. I am looking or thinking to change it all. Now looking to go LiFePO4. I have 4 - 300Ah 12v batteries. 1 also have a bad BMS on 1. I'm thinking I need to crack it open, the 1 battery or all 4 and fix with some other BMS set up?

China Made Batteries with no more support - learned the hard way. RV AC unit works on a 5000w generator. Could I have enough power to run this AC unit and how long? And any ideas as to changing to a 24v or 48v Inverter for the system change? And what is my best method for repairing or replacing the BMS for the 1 or all those batts via cutting them open?  Any Help??
