Good morning we install a new xw6848 from a sw4048 already had the ags install for 3 year, now with the xw6848 I keep getting a code 209 withch say's generator 7000 es honda  stop but not by the xentrex is either stop but the generator running out of gas or it was turn off by the switch , I have reach schneider support and after make change to different setting it still giving that code system bring to battery to float but when it reach it fit always giving me that warning code 209 if I don't clear that warning the ags will not restart the generator when my battery gets to 48.2  low battery set float is set to 54volts. Help would be appreciated thanks

Are you safe to do firmware?  You might list what is running now. Be very careful !  List all the equipment like is the XW6848 a + model or a pro model.
