Don’t know if this has already been posted….

Sensata Technologies Ends Manufacture of Magnum Energy Products

For 15 years Backwoods Solar has offered Magnum Energy electrical system components as one of our “go-to” renewable energy solutions. Unfortunately, Magnum Energy’s parent company, Sensata Technologies, is discontinuing the Magnum product line effective immediately. Backwoods Solar still has limited stock remaining of Magnum items including a few 12-, 24-, and 48-volt MagnaSine Inverters, e-panels, mini-panels and backplates, ARC50 remote displays, and other balance of system components.

You can visit our web siteto view and purchase products still remaining in stock. Once these items are sold, they will no longer be available. If you currently own a Magnum-based solar electric system you may wish to purchase spare components. If you have a sales quote that includes Magnum products, call us now to verify availability and finalize your order. This will be your final opportunity to purchase fully warranted Magnum Energy products from Backwoods Solar.

Seems like this is too often the path of mergers and acquisitions. I liked the engineering guys at Magnum before the company was sold. Good guys.
