Campervan Electrical Plan

Here's my plan.  Comments or criticism?

• battery 12V 200 Ah LFP
  
• Inverter is sized for occasional hair dryer use, probly could use 1500W
• B2B charger is Renogy 60 A
• The panels might be Richsolar M200D, Voc=45.4.  2 in parallel.   Any downsides to using this voltage instead of lower voltage panels?
• The battery combiner is for emergency van starting, backup for house battery failure, and possibly float charging starter batter when parked for a while. 
  
• The inverter and most of the equipment will be near the battery, drivers side, middle.
• The water heater is 300W
• I didn't show all of the grounds, but everything will be grounded to chassis
