Outback sold?

I just read on another board that Outback was about to be liquidated but was bought out by Big Battery. At this point I'd say this is unconfirmed, but from a source I would normally consider trustworthy.

Big Battery has a not-so-good reputation from reports I've read. Not sure how Outback would fit there, and I don't see anything on their website about Outback. A quick scan of the Outback forum doesn't show anything about it.

Anyone know if this is true?
Off-grid cabin: 6 x Canadian Solar CSK-280M PV panels, Schneider XW-MPPT60-150 Charge Controller, Schneider CSW4024 Inverter/Charger, Schneider SCP, 8S (25.6V), 230Ah Eve LiFePO4 battery in a custom insulated and heated case.
