4 T-105 batteries 6v each wired to 12v

So 4 T-105 batteries, each 6 volts and 225 amp hours. Wired to achieve 12 volts has a total amp hourage of 900ah?

2x 6 volt batteries in series = 12 volts @ 225 AH per string
2x 12 volt @ 225 AH in parallel = 12 volts @ 450 AH
Not 900 AH @ 12 volts...
Adding batteries in series, voltage of each battery adds.
Adding batteries (or strings of battery in parallel), the AH capacity of each parallel "string" adds.
