Sol-ark equalize charge

Does anyone on this forum know how to force a Sol-ark inverter to do a equalize charge? One of the strings in my battery bank is not taking a charge like the other one is so, I wanted to separate the 2 strings and equalize charge the one that is not taken the charge.
