Schneider CSW 4024, ComBox gaps in Performance graphs, FTP fail - related!

I have a Schneider CSW 4024 Inverter with a ComBox, from 2016. 

I think I've solved this mystery, by connecting two symptoms I couldn't imagine were related. 

My "Custom Log" FTP uploads stopped working last month. 

And every day since about then, my Performance graphs have had gaps: 

19:00 to 20:03 is a straight line in the Performance graphs

10:30 to 11:33 is a straight line in the Performance graphs

(3AM is the auto-reboot, with no obvious gap in the graphs)

The logs showed the same items every day, at the same times:

But the FTP upload has no connection to the times when the Performance log gaps happen...  

Appears it lost the FTP login password. I re-entered it, and both symptoms seem to have stopped!

These "Diagnosis" items began showing up when my FTP custom logs stopped working. None in the Diagnosis history before that.

Good for you! Since you are pretty new here, wanted to make sure you know that the main reason Combox was replaced with Insight is the security flaw combox users risk. I would make sure the internet is only connected to combox when getting data. Using it local is fine.
