Conext AGS issue

Hello All - looking for a little guidance…

My Conext AGS developed an issue over the summer.  When the AGS tries to start the generator it begins the routine with preheating the glow plugs.  Then rather than engaging the starter it creates an event “ AGS could not start the generator “ then it begins the routine again - it always proceeds from the glow plug preheat to engaging the starter and then the generator starts and proceeds to go on line on the second attempt.

This happens both in the Manual On and Automatic settings.

I updated the firmware on the AGS to the latest available 3.02, but it still has the same issue.

Any thoughts on which setting I might change to correct this issue?
