Battery power level and invertor control panel

Hi

my uncle has panels & batteries installed, the control panel on the invertor is showing 6.8kw with production 5.83kw showing going to the house icon and 1.21kw going to the grid, also showing 0.28kw going from battery to a light bulb icon
battery doesn't seem to go above 70% level even though he has had 2 more batteries installed recently 

also his bills are going up even though nobody in the house and meter is going backwards

any help is appreciated
