Hi . what type of circuit breaker needed and on/off switch as building a battery box for lipo 48v 270ah batt.

also where can i look for plans to build the battery box the vertical box  on wheels.

What are your max continuous charging/discharge currents?

For North American circuit breakers, they are typically rated to not trip at 80% or less loads and trip (eventually) at 100%+ loads (numbers are approximate--Electro-mechanical breakers are not that accurate at measuring current).

I know that you are closer to Venezuela--Need to know what is common to purchase in your area and look up the breaker (and battery+BMS) specifications online.

The max continuous current for many Li Ion batteries is around 50% to 100% of rated AH capacity. And many BMS (battery management systems) will shutoff the battery if parameters are exceeded (min/max cell voltage, temperatures, current, etc.).

Of course, then you need to size the cabling for your rated max continuous current (and for voltage drop if the DC cabling runs are longer than 3-10+ meters or so, again depending on current and acceptable voltage drop--Typically ~2 volt drop for 48 VDC systems as a starting point).
