Skystream 3.7

I have had my skystream for many years. 
I have replaced the brushes, and had to do the relay reset.

But now it is acting funny.

It will be working and then just stop and sit there in pretty good winds.

Then the next day it may work again for a while,  Any ideas?

Sounds like the controller is energizing "Brake" mode. Also, can the nacelle turn freely on the yaw bearing? The blades  and nacelle should point down-wind. Is the centerline of the mounting pole, plumb vertical?
