Can someone with a DALY Smart BMS help me out.

If anyone has a 24S 72V BMS can you tell me if it will power on with only 48v? 

I have 24 batteries 2V. ITs a 48V system. I only want to monitor voltage using the Daly BMS. My voltage range is 2.25v to 2.35v. 

I dont plan on charging at all for now. If it can charge thats a plus.

Im just unsure if it will even turn on with 48v.

If it wont turn on I could get a 72V power supply I guess. or a 13s 48v BMS.
