Hello, i recently got a 48v lithium battery converted to 24v. The problem is its now only charging up to 23v what could be the problem?

    Can you tell us more about brand & model of battery? Did it have a BMS or did you add a new BMS?
    What brand & model of charge controller? Solar or AC charging? Size of solar array, etc.
