Is Schneider Insight Cloud system down today?

The system has been working great for me since I installed back in March. 

Today it seems to be not working from the cloud side (smartphone app and cloud interface). 

I can access the unit from my local WWAN but not over the internet (that's where the cloud comes into play).

Perhaps I have an issue reaching the cloud from my network (which somehow started today) and hence my question if others are seeing the same thing. 


Off-grid: XW+6048 / 48V FLA battery bank (428 A/H (Rolls S-550 batteries)) / Conext MPPT 60 150 charge controller / SCP / Insight gateway / 12 - 260W solar panels / Kohler 12KW 12-RES propane genset

    Back online this morning.

    Or possibly the wireless  ISP for my cabin had a router issue preventing routing to certain domains. It's happened before for other domains.
