2 inverters . one bank of batts (24v) GROUNDING question for system.

Hello experts. 

Grounding question. 

The big picture here is. Can i use one grounding rod for the dc side on both my inverters. ?

I understand that i have to ground ac side /in my  load center  (and will need to be bonded to neutral) and bonded to case as well 

then i'll will have a sub panel in garage that will NOT be bonded as  have already bonded in the main home load center.

I do have a generator (gas) but not using to charge batts. I'll let the sun do that.
