Our field tec of 20 years of working in the field call support at Phocos and did a system check real time with tec at Phocos  and got a error code f57 inverter failure ( system has a indagated controller and inverter ) .Phocos as mentioned had us send it back knowing that it had failed with a failed inverter f57, Jesus Suarez sent me a email telling me they could not fix the controller because they are not equipped to do that kind of service how does that make sense...
